Collection and processing of personal data in contacts with us.

We collect and process personal information when you contact us, for example when you email or call us. We do this to be able to maintain a good level of service when you e.g. asks us questions. We do not store this information longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing in each individual case.

Processing of personal data when ordering a funeral

When you place an order with us, we save your personal information to be able to contact you and invoice the assignment. Your order documentation is archived but thinned out of personal information after the assignment is considered completed. Personal data is processed only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing or to fulfill the legal obligations that the purpose may entail.

Processing of personal data when ordering assignments in family law

In the preparation of death inventory, inheritances in death records and other legal documents such as. wills, subdivisions, or future powers of attorney, we need to save and process personal information about you, such as name, address and social security number. The information can be passed on to third parties if required by the nature of the case (eg estate register sent to the Swedish Tax Agency for registration).
